CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that unexpected situations happen. However, appointments are reserved specifically for each client, and late cancellations leave limited time to fill the opening.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours will be charged a 50% cost of the appointment.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
Any applicable fee must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
